The Payroll Analyst will work in a shared services payroll organization and have direct audit and oversight of executive payroll reporting to Payroll Management, provide insight based upon compliance, best practice and industry standard while engaging with key business partners within the organization (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Tax, etc.) to ensure accuracy and timely
reporting of executive payroll transactions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Establish review and audit of executive payroll related transactions to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with management and other key stakeholders related to total compensation update
  • Ensure a seamless executive experience related to total compensation, benefits, transfers, business travel, trailing compensation, payroll and tax
  • Report/collaborate with management to resolve issues
  • Facilitate cross-team partnering for collaborative process review
  • Oversee process guide and work instruction maintenance as applicable to team responsibilities
  • Create playbooks, documentation or procedures that will be used to provide guidance related to reoccurring executive payroll transactions
  • Responsible for quarterly reviews process for key executives related to proxy and imputed reporting
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable legislation related to paycheck preparation
  • Conduct audits to validate internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, practices and regulations related to payroll
  • Facilitate training and conduct meetings to inform appropriate staff of new developments or work procedures
  • Lead discussions for payroll processing activities, new policies or procedures
  • Continuously review payroll processes for improvements to streamline work processes
  • Participate on payroll process improvement teams; evaluate current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, develop new processes/procedures, implement and assess impact of change
  • Coordinate activities supporting required payroll related audits
  • Serve as a liaison to other departments to implement initiatives that have a multi-department impact related to executive payroll
